We re searching for an Alliance Marketing Program Manager to join our global Marketing Programs team within the Technology Platform Group at PTC. If you want to create engaging physical and digital experiences for Developers, Tech Leaders, and Business Visionaries who are out to change the world through the Internet of Things, then the Technology Platform Group is where you want to be.The Alliance Marketing Program Manager will be responsible for creating and executing co-marketing plans with ThingWorx Strategic Alliance Partners. The position will report to the Senior Manager of Alliance Partner Marketing and work closely with the Alliance Partner Management team in North America to support and drive Alliance Partner revenue goals. The position will also work collaboratively with Events and Corporate Marketing teams on planning and executing tactics that include events, digital campaigns, and content marketing.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping, presenting, and executing individual co-marketing plans for strategic US-based Alliance Partners.Developing and maintaining relationships with key Alliance Partners and internal stake holders to execute marketing activities in line with partner revenue plans.Managing work across a matrixed organization with internal and external stakeholders to secure buy-in, get feedback, and manage expectations toward identified oCompanyomes and goals.QualitiesSelf-motivated, flexible, and able to manage multiple tasks at one time.Creative and innovative thinker.Organized with great attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Well-rounded marketer.Exhibits emotional intelligence and strong relationship management skills.Enjoys working in a team environment.RequirementsBachelor s degree in marketing, business, or related communications field.5 plus years of experience in B2B marketing.Experience working with cross functional teams in a high-growth enterprise software company.Experience managing highly-visibility partner/channel relationships.Able to demonstrate strategic thinking and strong communication skills25% travelJob Req Number 26105BRWhy Join Us and Benefits Summary PTC is a great place to work.
