Description: Each staff member assigned to this project must have a background screening that is equivalent to a Level Two (2) screening standard This is a fixed fee/hourly based project which is inclusive of travel, lodging, per diem expenses and all other costs associated with the completion of the associated tasks Face-to Face interviews will be conducted as part of the review process. The interviews will address Contractor experience, qualifications, roles and responsibilities. Facilities and Equipment. PURPOSEThe Project seeks to issue a Purchase Order (PO) for a qualified Data Architect who will report to the Systems and Data Strategy (SDS) Track Lead. Day to day direction for the Data Architect (DA) will be provided by the Project Enterprise Architect (EA). Scope of Work.The following section describes the scope of work to be performed by the IA Contractor. The IA Contractor will work in direct coordination with the SDS Track (State and Contractor staff) to provide IA Support Services. All tasks and deliverables will be directed and communicated to the IA Contractor by the SDS Track Manager. The SDS Track Manager will utilize weekly SDS team meetings as well as the Master Project Schedule to prioritize and document assignments. The IA Contractor shall perform the following tasks: MANDATORY Technical/Business Skill Set Requirements ((must be clearly stated on the resume and verifiable via reference checks)Qualification Requirements for the IA Contractor. Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or related fieldPossesses a minimum of seven (7) years professional experience performing activities directly related to IADemonstrated experience leading and implementing modern integration and interoperability (e.g.Service Oriented Architecture SOA , web services, data services) initiatives in complex organizationsExpert-level, production experience in the use of modern integration and interoperability tools, suites, and techniquesVerifiable communication (verbal and written), leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills interacting with high level leadership (e.g. CIO) to functional and technical staff-level positionsProficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and VisioExperience with financial ERP applications DESIRABLE Skills Set - Additional consideration for the following skills.Master s Degree in Computer Science or related fieldDemonstrated experience leading and implementing modern integration and interoperability initiatives in federal or state government organizationsState of Florida experienceDemonstrated, recent software engineering and implementation experience in the area of IAActive EA or equivalent certification, and/or equivalent experience (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman)Possesses expert-level skills in the development and maintenance of IA artifacts and catalogs in accordance with an industry-recognized EA frameworkDemonstrated experience supporting technology activities for a financial ERP implementation or a similarly-sized transformative technology projectExperience working with State agencies or other state governments similar in size in terms of annual budget and full-time equivalent (FTE) employee countExperience with newer integration and interoperability patterns such as apps and services architecture, micro services, and software-defined application services Deliverable Acceptance Criteria Deliverable: SDS7Description: Review, Analysis of, and Recommended Updates to Current-State Integration Architecture ArtifactsDue Date of Deliverable: 60 Business Days from Contractor On-Site Minimum Acceptance Criteria: This deliverable shall be submitted to include, but is not limited to:A Microsoft Word 2013 (or higher) Deliverable Expectations Document (DED) to define the development of any work products or artifacts necessary to achieve the SDS7 deliverable. A Microsoft Word 2013 (or higher) document shall be provided, using approved Project templates, to include but not limited to: - provided by Dice
