Tracks/analyze sales and expenses associated with website tools. Measures the ROI of investments in online tools and advertising campaigns. Develops processes for merging raw website data into the applicable database. Partner with other analysts to assemble cross-functional analysis. Develops integrated process performance measurement.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics or Marketing preferred. Minimum of three years experience in consulting, problem analysis or problem solving. Project or partner management experience. Experience working in a fast moving and demanding environment. Strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills. Strong communication and management skills. Proficiency with MS Office programs. Fundamental knowledge of e-commerce industry and test/control analysis.Other Information:
The eCommerce Email Marketing Program Manageris responsible for providing strategic direction and execution in the development of eMail, mobile, and remarketing efforts for Office Depot, Inc. This position is responsible for representing the email program through strategy development and implementation of all behavioral, lifecycle and transactional campaigns.
