Kelly IT Resources has a Contract-to-Hie HelpDesk Queue Manager role in Baton Rouge, LA. We are looking for Sr. IT Support Professionals with 8 plus years of experience inside the Help Desk & Desktop Support Arena. The main responsibility in this Help Desk Queue Manager role is triage the tickets & distribute to the appropriate support level ( Tier 2 & above).
