Under general supervision, maintain and enhance Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool (SalesForce.com) for Sales, Customer Service, Retention, Marketing, Medical Products, and Field Operations Departments. Interfaces cross functionally with Information Systems and aforementioned departments. Activities % Of Time Spent Develop customized applications and functionality using APEX, Adobe Flex, force.com, and other tools available for customized development within SalesForce.com. 65% Configure page layouts, workflow processes and rules, document templates, data fields, supports department dashboards, develops/supports user requested reports, and process daily user requests/comments. 15% Develop and implement additional CRM features, which would include case management, contract and product modules. 10% Attends National and local SalesForce.com user groups/seminars. 10%
Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in Business, Finance/Statistics and/or Computer Science, or the equivalent in related work experience, demonstrating a good knowledge of customer relationship management systems. Knowledge around telephony systems is a plus. Five or more years of work experience building custom applications in salesforce.com using the force.com platform (strong familiarity with Apex, Adobe Flex, and Visual Force) or equivalent experience with other prominent CRM tool (SAP, Siebel, etc). Salesforce.com certification desired but not required. Three or more years of work experience in analysis, marketing lead data analysis, customer relationship management tools, demonstrating good knowledge of office automation and computer hardware/software applications. Demonstrates advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) knowledge is a minimum requirement. Demonstrates sound knowledge of MS SQL. Demonstrates knowledge of .NET, HTTP, HTML, JAVA, Visual Basic is a plus Demonstrates the ability to modify behavior, as needed, in order to maintain effectiveness in a fast paced environment. Demonstrates the ability to ask questions and gather information in order to effectively understand and execute user requests. Demonstrates the ability to proactively identify problems and suggest possible causes and solutions. Deadline driven with excellent project and time management skills. Demonstrates the ability to present ideas and information in a clear, concise, organized and diplomatic manner; listen to others to respond effectively to ideas and questions.
