This role will be responsible for the implementation of digital strategies for assigned AMAG brands for consumers and HCPs. Support of in market products, as well as market preparation of pre-launch products, will require an integration with assigned product team(s) and review committee members (MLR) to ensure best in class digital assets are developed/deployed. This role will monitor digital marketing activities to ensure they are producing customer-level, integrated experiences that satisfy customer needs and improve business performance. This role will also be responsible for ensuring all digital marketing assets are adhering to guidance and protocols produced by the Digital Operations and Excellence team and will monitor digital activities for performance and identify necessary asset-level optimization.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Work closely with Digital Customer Engagement, Lead to identify tactical plan elements that pull through the consumer and HCP-focused digital engagement strategy for assigned brands
* Fully integrate and collaborate with product team to understand and align asset development to brand strategy
* Ensure tactical-level measurement and optimization plans are developed and implemented
* Implement consumer and HCP digital media asset development efforts across assigned franchise in conjunction with media agency partner, if applicable
* Ensure consumer and, if applicable, and HCP social strategy for assigned product teams is implemented, including, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:
o Understand core social media program objectives (e.g. service, conversion to advocacy) o Execute against content calendar and social channel planning and execution
o Measurement planning and reporting
* Manage day-to-day budget tracking of all consumer and HCP digital marketing tactics/programs for assigned products
* Closely collaborate with Digital Marketing and cross functional teams (product teams, IA, External Affairs, Sales, SciMed) to ensure best in class patient and HCP-targeted digital communications are developed and deployed for assigned product team(s)
Basic Qualifications:
* A Bachelors' degree is required, advanced degree preferred
* Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years' experience in the field of pharmaceuticals or healthcare marketing
* Minimum of two (2) to years' experience in Digital Promotion, Multichannel Marketing, and/or Media and Communications
* Understanding of, and, ideally, hands on experience with, development of social programs in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing including demonstrated ability to develop a robust social strategy and develop/pull-through operationally
* Demonstrated ability to operate within a matrix'ed environment
* Ability to effectively and efficiently direct and manage agency partners
* Experience executing numerous digital, cross channel initiatives to drive brand performance (e.g. websites, media, mobile applications, applications, etc.)
* Experience in working directly with digital partners to develop and execute initiatives (e.g. Google, third party media providers, social media community platforms, etc.)
* Experience in leveraging digital analytics to drive metrics based optimization
* Strong project leadership skills
* High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously; ability to rigorously prioritize
* Exhibits strong solution oriented approach

* Superior verbal and written communications skills
