As a VP of Interoperability - RCM Solutions, you will manage the strategy, design, development and execution of our interoperability initiatives supporting RCM data capture functions. The position also oversees the design, code and testing of interfaces according to specifications using the required protocols such as; HL7, TCPIP, XML, etc., as well as, the development of project plans to ensure that projects are implemented within established timeframes. This job will also ensure the integrity and performance of system data capture initiatives.

What you'll do:

  • Manage the design, build and maintenance of Interoperability initiatives.
  • Provide leadership to the interface development team and the data capture team, ensuring performance metrics and organizational goals are met and sustained.
  • Resolve new and complex issues, working closely with client technical leadership teams
  • Oversee the management of the design, implementation and maintenance of interfaces and all related inter-system data transmissions.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and Client Service leadership to ensure organization and client needs are addressed and met
  • Provide leadership to ensure team works collaboratively with other IT and business teams ensuring architecture and security standards, and other operational standards are adhered to
  • Proactively seek to identify trends and possible solutions

What you'll bring to Zotec:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study or 10+ years of technical and operational work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with healthcare EDI/HIE and HL7 interoperability standards
  • Advanced Project Management, from both a technical and operational background
  • Experience in Executive and Client Communication
