Job Description

**Position Summary:** The **Payment Services Chief Risk Officer (CRO)** organization is seeking an **Information Technology Risk Manager** who will be responsible for oversight on the Information technology program. The CRO team works closely with the business line Risk, Compliance and Audit (RCA) areas to ensure compliance with the Enterprise Second Line of Defense (SLoD) programs. The incumbent must develop strong working relationships with our SLoD and FLoD partners. The Information Technology Risk Manager will be actively engaged with Technology and Operations Services (TOS) and the Payment Services Business Line teams to help review and partner to manage the Information Technology and Information Security policies, guidelines and programs. **Responsibilities:** Support the administration of our Payment Services Information Technology and Information Security programs via corporate policies, procedures and guidelines Interact with Business Line technology contacts to direct work on corporate requirements from ISSC and EITGC like reporting, risk extensions, issues and project management Work with Business Line technology contacts on other corporate deliverable such as CAR management and support, access management Collaborate to help drive oversight on BL managed applications Develop procedures associated with various plans and ensure they are thoroughly documented and maintained Identify process weaknesses and improvement opportunities throughout the various programs Ensure that any deficiencies identified in Business Line Plan controls are properly reported and remediated Partner as necessary with the Second Line of Defense and Internal Audit to ensure continued focus, successful closure, and ongoing monitoring of risk management issues and mitigations Establish and maintain a comprehensive suite of risk reporting that provides senior management and Business Lines ongoing monitoring, trending, and analysis of key risk indicators, process control metrics, and exceptions **Qualifications:** **Basic Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Five to seven years of experience in an applicable risk management environment; intermediate to advanced knowledge of Risk/Compliance competencies Strong skills in leadership and management of process, projects and people Strong control orientation, analytical skills, attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving High degree of personal initiative Effective communication, facilitation and consensus-building skills Ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization Ability to effect change through the use of positive influence Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong PC literacy in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations is required.
