Job Description

An undergraduate degree or Master degree in an analytical field such as MIS, Computer Science, logistics, or equivalent work experience
At least two years of experience in distribution systems; some systems implementation experience would be helpful
Able to travel (to support branch initiatives)
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Ability to communicate convincingly and effectively with different parts of the organization
Ability to see the big picture for optimized solution across all areas in the organization
Ability to make decisions independently
Ability to make recommendations on Distribution System usage and configuration based on best practices and experience.
Eagerness to take initiative in learning and applying new skills.
Act in a consulting role on assigned projects.
Provide in depth application and business consultation in targeted processes.
Analyze business requirements objectives; develops business processes to meet needs. Model to-be business processes in the Infor application. Document and communicate the planned use of the application.
Assist end-users in available tools & provide training
Perform Test Plan development as well as System Testing
Participate in Vendor meetings and Prepare weekly project management status reports.
Work as an integral part of the project team coordinating and working effectively with team members of all levels.
Broad understanding of Distribution Software applications
Strong business process understanding
Process analysis, design, and documentation
Operational report design and definition
Strong MS Office skills
Undergraduate degree, or equivalent work experience
Distribution Software implementation experience
ERP Experience, preferably with SX.e by Infor
